Your own company. Formed for you, owned by you.
You answer one set of questions and sign once. The agent then forms your single-member LLC, gets your EIN, applies for your business bank account, and keeps the company in good standing — filing and paying each due on time, with a notice before every charge and a receipt after.
What it costs — the whole price, up front
| Delaware formation filing fee (state fee, at cost) | $110.00 |
|---|---|
| Washington formation filing fee (state fee, at cost) | $200.00 |
| Hussh formation service (one time; on the Delaware route the formation charge is $189.00 in total — state fee at cost + this service) | $79.00 |
| Delaware certificate of good standing (only on the Delaware route, at cost) | $50.00 |
| Washington annual report (Washington companies, every year) | $70.00 / yr |
| Delaware LLC annual tax (Delaware route, every year) | $400.00 / yr |
| Hussh maintenance subscription (from month 12; covers registered-agent renewal and filing services) | $99.00 / yr |
| Employer Identification Number (EIN) — the IRS issues it free, and we never charge for it | $0 |
There are no other charges. A charge that is not listed in your signing ceremony never happens. The EIN costs $0, forever.
How it works
- One packet. You give everything once: who you are, what the company is, and a payment method held by the payment provider. Your Social Security number is entered in a separate secure step, exchanged immediately, and never stored.
- One signing. Seven short documents, shown in full, with every filing and every future charge listed with amounts and dates before you sign.
- Then the agent works. Formation, EIN, records, and every future due — handled, noticed, and receipted. Revoke the mandate at any time.
Starting takes you to the packet. Nothing is filed and nothing is charged until you sign.
